These are the 'Detail Cars' models Tom Nas mentioned a while back. Quality
is superb and for anyone into the ur-q, they're a 'must-have' item. They
retail in UK for about Stg16.50 each but are in short supply, especially
no.494, the rally version in the HB Team colors. There are six cars in the
set, three road cars (with the original style four headlights)....red
ART.490, silver ART.491, metallic blue ART.492 and three rally
versions....Audi Sport colors ART.493 (four headlights), HB colors
ART.494(two headlight with extended grille for larger intercooler) and Team
Fiori colors ART.495(two headlight with extended grille). They are all long
wheel base versions. Hopefully some manufacturer will produce a shorty -
I'll be first on their list to buy as I don't have one.
Anyone know where I could get a radio-controlled ur-q?? There was talk
recently of someone on the list trying to reproduce the bodyshells. Any
update?
Cheers,
