Er, ah, I have one in my house that does. Electricity has to pass thru a
switch to the bulb. Whether the bulb comes on dim or bright. Not sure I want
to spend a lot of time here. The Torsen switches torque between a front and
rear driveshaft. Not 100% of it, but a % of it. The discrete positions are U
- (baseline chassis dynamics 50%f/50%r), O - (78r/22f) and U - 50>f/<50r. So
we only need to have the latter O and U positions to make any points about the
switch in relation to chassis dynamics. We assume that all positions between
there have to be crossed, but irrelevent to the operation of the switch.
Mercy me. We are way out here Rob. Call it what you want. I'm happy to use
another term for switch, not sure it's really necessary given the argument.
