I have found a problem where the coolant seeps out from in between the
layers of the hose on some of the aftermarket replacement radiator hoses
(3 legged variety). It appears that when the splice is made for the hose
that goes to the after run pump, the splice leaks coolant in between the
layers and will seep out from the hose ends even with tight hose clamps.
This may be what is happening in your case.
