Looking at 1995 90, any suggestions?

Hi all-

Saw a 1995 90 for sale at Carmax yesterday.  It is $16k.  Has 63k miles,
auto, a/c, all power, sunroof, all weather package.  Looks clean, etc.
Anyone with insight into the value of the car vs. this price?  Is it high?
I realize you can't SEE the car, but what is the general standard for these?
Are there parts that tend to fail at this mileage point?  I have to find out
about the timing belt, I feel, but what else?  All help is appreciated.  If
anyone knows someone selling a similar (q or non-q) car in the DC area, I'm
