Kevin: This happened on ..my 90 200- Easy fix via access hole ( est. 18mm ),
replace cage nut.
plug hole with rubber plug.  There have been other posts on this problem, so
may be  another approach . I had my local  Volvo\Audi wrench  do the job.  You
might want to get the cage nut from Audi first, to determine the diameter of
the hole needed,   Good luck.
