RE: Shokan - Why So Expensive....



First, Shokan is notorius for sending the wrong part, bad parts are common
if you get used (hosed?), prices are high, sometimes takes a while to get.
They say that they sent it, but haven't. You get the part two weeks later
after when you really needed it (ie water pump).

I will admit that this is all second hand, but I have yet to hear a good
thing. That should count for something. Blau, I've heard only one bad
thing and had a great experience with them. The first hand experience of
Shokan is pricing for used 86 and up turbo headlights. The total came out
to about 200 more for the conversion than anywhere else.

The biggest thing I get is the crap differentials and tranmissions.
