RE: Fan fuse - Long/alternative

I'm kinda new to the List.  I see questions asked by others that I would
like to have answered.  Quite often, it seems that question goes
un-answered.  Then, when I ask a questioin, it is almost always answered
personally to me by the generous brain-trust of Q-listers.  Really nice.
With the archive search engine only doing 1998 (apparently), it would be
nice to see answers posted to the list directly.  I know this stuff is
probably boring to most o' you smart guys, but us clue-less 'newbies'
(namely me) need some hand holding.  I posted the fuse stuff 'cause it
absolutely definitively answered the smoke yer' harness (but I didn't
inhale) issue.  At the risk of BW, I would like to see more questions
answered directly to the list.
