Windshield washers on 100CS needs Viagara

It looks like my windshield washers are not "up to the task" of spraying
a mean stream of water. I checked for any clogs and there were none. 
They are pointing in the right direction, but the water has no velocity
behind it. Is there a motor or some mechanism which shoots the water
out? If so, I am going to church tomorrow and will pray to the Audi gods
its not some $300 part. Appreciate any info.
