FS:Nearly new Seats and Peformance Chip w/ computer

1) T.A.P. Performance Chip with computer:  The computer
costs $6-800 alone new.  My computer has the $425 T.A.P chip already
installed (For 89-90 200tqs and 86-88 5ktqs) $400 or best offer plus
shipping.
  
2) Black Leather Seats: Complete set of seats w/ 8-way power controls and 
heat capablities.  They are A6 style seats that are like new.  Fits A6,
100s, and 5000s, turbo and nonturbo if the car has power seats already.
Price when bought from Porshe Audi Parts was $650.  They were in use for
less than two weeks before I got rid of my car. $500 or best offer plus
shipping.
