I know exactly of what you describe hear.  When I test drove my current
91 200qw, this judder was the first thing I noticed by doing exactly the
same thing in a parking lot.  I didn't get the tire sqeal due to a coarse
surface, but noticed the judder right away.  My 87 5kcstq did not have
this.
