V8 Shakin', not stirred

Hi to all-
It has been a long time since I've posted anything, but I feel a mouth
full of nothing is best left shut.  Here's my current quandary:  I own a
'90 V8 now with a mere 67k miles on it.  It has developed a shimmy most
noticeable at lower speeds, becomes less so @ 65+ mph.  It is
consistent, though, and doesn't seem to go away when the brakes are
applied.  Popped up after my wife allowed our tremendously inept
sister-in-law to drive the car during an ice storm a few months back,
during which she ran over god only knows what.  It does appear to be
getting worse.  So, is it warped UFO rotors or what?  Pads on the
aforementioned were replaced at 58k or so.  TIA.
