Problems with a 86 5000s

On my dads 86 5000s (non-quattro) He describe to me these set of
problems he had with it.  If anyone has any answer to any of the
problems, could you please answer them.
1.  The A-Frame bolt keeps dropping out .I replaced it 2 times.
2.  The cruise control does not work.I checked the vacuum lines & they
are ok.
3.  The car hesitates when I am taking off & when I am driving the car
losses power,
I have to press & release the gas peddle a few times to regain power.
