Re: tires (OOPS - typo!)

In my report on the Pirelli P7000 SuperSports (225/50/16) I somehow omitted
the word "don't" in a rather critical place.

Correction:

DRY: These tires are *NOT* crisp on turn in. NOT NOT NOT crisp. In fact, they
must 'settle' before they really bite, which is a bit unnerving til you get
used to it. You must also be smooth with them, or that moment of 'settling'
can lend itself some unsettling results, moreso with the assistance of the
evil evil torsen and/or late braking.

Again, these are excellent tires for a do-it-all tire. The best I have seen,
compared against Comp TA VR4, Toyo Proxes Z1 (or Z4?) all season, but not as
good in the dry as the D40M2 or Comp TA ZR. Not as good in the snow as
Blizzaks or Hakka's (obviously). Better in the wet than any of those. That's
as far as my personal BTDT tire experience goes.
