Wanted: 16" Wheels

Hi everyone,
I have changed my mind yet again on selling my '94 90csq. The car is 
just too nice to let go. Instead I have decided to get it ready for 
some road racing this summer. I could use all the advice I can get. I 
will be grateful if those of you with racing experience point me in 
the right direction. I "think", I should start by looking for a  for a 
set of 16" wheels/tires and carbon fiber brake pads and a good helmet. 
I greatly appreciate any advice you can give me. I could use any 
information on suppliers/price for these items (new/used) and any 
thing else I should do/have before I take chances that I should not be 
taking.
