This has probably been suggested before, but...

How about using the parts from a remote oil-filter
mounting kit?

Strip the old broken steel-braided hose from the 
pipe portion. Cut off the pipe close to the flange
that mounts to the turbo so that you can weld onto
the end of the line one of the fittings from the
remote oil filter kit. Do the same with the other
end, and then use the hose that came with the kit.

The rubber oil lines won't look as nice. But if
you want a nicer look, go buy one of those braided
steel hose cover kits with the anodized aluminum
fake fittings.

Seems like this would be a lot cheaper...
