AC problem
Larry laments his contaminated AC system which the shop will
not purge.
Isn't it sad, Larry (nudge, nudge), that sometimes when we
well-intentioned but not sophisticated (pauses to pick hayuseeds from
teeth...) types try to service our cars, that OCCASIONALLY
(nudge, nudge) we get ahold of the WRONG connection....
like, say, the large nut in the AC tubing system just under the
radiator, so easily accessible from underheath...as I say, the wrong
connector, and by ACCIDENTALLY loosening it, (nudge nudge) we allow
the AC system to completely vent itself to atmosphere??? (wink,
wink).
Who knows what arcane mechanical procedure we were trying to carry
out? Perhaps even we are not clear on it. But what's done is done.
Yes, Larry, it saddens me to admit that such things occasionally
happen. But, y'know, it's nice that since we're not really required
to know what we're doing, such things do NOT result in the Gestapo
hauling us off to jail. We're not trained AC technicians, after
all.
Instead, we are left to lament our regrettable errors - while we
drive our car to the shop to have the AC system re-charged.
(nudge, nudge, wink wink.)
