Correct -- still pending votes.  It is all over Headline News right now
(and the past few hours.. okay, so I code with the TV on)...

Heh ... additional notes:
VW's bid for RR is $705M, a full $150M more than BMW, which had no
comments as of the last blast from CNN-HN.
