And now for something really different...

Hey, thanks to all I spoke to for their opinion on the "Unintended
Acceleration" image by Dennis Brown. I went ahead and made small sample
prints and set it up for a formal printing. To all who wonder what I'm
talking about here you go.

My company produced the "Lords of the Rings" lithograph. The art was
created by Road & Track contributing illustrator Dennis Brown who was just
noted as one of the "10 hottest automotive illustrators" in the April 20,
1998 (page 17) issue of Autoweek magazine. Dennis is one of the artists
who works for my company and is member of the prestigious Automotive Fine
Arts Society displaying work each year at the Meadowbrook Concours and
Pebble Beach Concours.

When Road & Track did its original article on "Unintended Acceleration",
they commissioned Dennis to do the accompanying art which is a beautiful
narrative, pen & ink with watercolor illustration. We pulled the art from
the archives and decided to produce a small lithographic edition from that
art of between 200 and 300 pieces, individually signed and numbered by
Dennis. The pieces will be $275-$325 in a framed form including shipping
within the US. A bit more for elsewhere.

The art shows the front of a 5000 with a remote box coming out of it, a
foot stomping on a brake pedal and the four rings. Those familiar with
Road & Track magazine art know how good the stuff gets. This art is a MUST
for Audi enthusiasts.

I wanted to get info to Q-list members before a formal mailing went out to
our database of clients. If anyone would like a 5x7 print of the original
art along with a cover note and information on the lithograph, please
e-mail me with you name, address and daytime phone number and I will send
you a packet for FREE.

Thanks again for your enthusiasm.
