1988 5KSQ in Manhattan Won't Start

Pull the codes. You have to spin the engine for five seconds, leave
the ignition switched on, and stick a fuse in the top of the fuel pump
relay. The procedure is well documented in one of Scott Mockry's web
pages. This will tell you if the ECU is inhibiting starting. Othewise,
it's the classic fuel, air and spark trinity.
