BBS wheel covers

The "four rings" set inside the clear plastic on the BBS wheel lug nut
covers are badly damaged on 3 out of 4 wheels.  Can the whole thing be
disassembled(ie, can you pull off the clear plastic, clean it up/polish it,
and glue it all back together?)

Also, is there a source to get these new?  Should I try my luck with a Audi
parts place?  I imagine it won't be cheap.

One thing to note; I've seen the same wheels(but with other logos) on
BMW's, Lincoln's, etc. so on.

PS:Thanks to all who helped out with answering my question on the WGFV!  I
am now very confident it's busted to hell...
