A lot of the time the high idle problem  is caused by the malfunctioning
idle
control module located in the relay panel under the dash on the drivers
side. 
It's wide enough to take two spaces in the panel. The easiest way to test

is to replace it with one from a car that's idling properly. there's
probably a 
procedure for testing it in the Bentley if you have the proper meters,
but the 
easiest way is still the borrow and see method.
