Yeah, and be careful not to get any little pieces of weld splatter or 
other metal between the pipe and the hollow cat.  It'll rattle.  Good idea 
with the fiberglass.  You could even put a perforated pipe in and make a 
mini-Borla.  Is stainless steel wool available?  But don't do this.
