FS: 97, A4 1.8Q

Hi folks,
    I spoke with Dan about posting interesting cars to the list, and
couldn't if they would profit the dealership I work for. The dealership I
work for has no vested interest in this vehicle. Yadda...Yadda.

It's owned/leased by a VOA dealer representative. He stopped by today and
mentioned it to me. 
Details:

1997 Audi A4 1.8TQ, Pearl White, approx. 15,000 miles. Loaded with
everything but the trip computer. That includes the Sport Package, the
Sunroof, the Bose system, and of course Quattro. 

He got the car directly through VOA, and hence paid COST for the A4 on the
lease. He wants out now because he simply has too many cars at home in the
garage. You may have the option of just taking over the lease or buying him
out of it. I know he isn't looking to make anything, just get out of the
car ASAP. 
For pricing or details, I recommend contacting him since I don't have the 
information.

He *is* a VW manufacturer representative, but I wouldn't crush him with
questions of the Passat Synchro just yet.. ok?

Just FYI, a 1998 1.8tq, loaded in Pearl white would probably have a sticker
price of $29K+. Used A4's are very rare on the market and are holding their
resale values very well. Since he got the car for cost, and just wants to
be relieved of his monthly burden, I think this might be a *great* deal for
someone.

Good luck and I hope this garaged beauty finds a home on the Q-list. BTW,
he is definately an enthusiast and can talk cars for hours. I think he' s
got a fiat in the garage and is currently looking for a mid-80's VW to put
on the track. 

Like I said, I have no vested interest in selling this car... standard
