fuel pump/relay question

     I've got the '91 engine installed in the '87 5KTQ.  It runs when I put
raw gas into the intake area.  But the fuel pump does not pump.  There is no
power to the connector, so I've obviously missed something.
     The fuel pump relay has been exchanged with a known good one (both work
fine in the other TQ).  Used a fuse to bridge across the f.p. relay, which
would normally cause the fuel pump to run when the ignition is turned on --
doesn't work with this one.  All the ground wires seem to be in place.
     Shortly I'll check the power TO the f.p. relay to see if there is
voltage.  After that I guess I'll be looking for a broken wire, unless someone
knows something else I might have missed.
