More info on this car:

- the tranny was replaced with a rebuilt unit a little over 2 years ago.

The guy said he wants to get $11k (!) for the car, which is a great deal I
think. He realizes it is worth more but "wants to get it over with".

I am planning on a closer inspection / test drive on Monday. If anyone wants
any specific things looked at, let me know.
