re: nick-names for our cars

Let's go in the 'ringer!'  (Sometimes referred to as the 'dead
ringer'...infrequently...well, not that infrequently).  When
she's good she's very, very good, and when she's bad you got
black crap all over your hands, on your face...ah well.  Still,
'ringer' for us leaves a lot of open avenues.  If all else fails,
we go in 'the blue car.'

On another note, I got gas at a u-fill and noticed the attendant,
a 16-year-old give or take, eyeballing  the 5kq.  When I went to
pay him he said 'nice car, what year is it?' I said 'probably
about four or five years short of what you have made it to.'
Made me feel good for all my efforts.
