How Audis die

My first two Audis (100LS and Fox) died very similar, sudden and
instantaneous deaths in intersections.
My 2nd Fox (3rd Audi) was originally a New Hampshire car (road-salt
capital of the U.S) and just rotted away. When I tried to jack up the
car to put in new front brake pads, the jack went through the frame, so
I returned the pads and sold the car (advertised as "rust"). The
purchaser stole my car speakers (long story) and yelled at me that the
front end of the car fell off. I'm not sure what he meant exactly, but
I stopped trying to get my speakers back.
The 4kq (4th Audi) has some rust, so it's only good for another 10 or 20
years, probably. It's hard to imagine the V8 (6th Audi) dying short of
a collision, except maybe just bleeding (money) to death.
(There was an 85 5000S Wagon in there that got sold while still alive,
because it was starting to bleed to death.)
