Steve Powers is the owner.  He has HRE rims that he bought at Speedware.
He was at the last Quattro list event at Speedware.  Incidentally, he had
to return one of the new rims because it was leaking.  He installed the 2
piece RS2 em from Ned Ritchie and he has the IA brain (stage?).  He has
plans to add the RS2 turbo if he hasn't already.
