H&R vs. Eibach

hey all, i was wondering what the concensus is on the Eibach setup vs. 
H&R  i will be using koni yellows, with a front strut brace, and sport 
8000 tires on the stock wheels.  Lemme know your recommendations.  At the 
most i want the car lowered 1.5 inches, but preferrably less.  

I want excellent handling, and that is my main priority...

please advise...and also, what are the best places to buy them in terms 
of price.  lowest H&R ive found is 240 and the one quote on eibach that i 
have is 230...so lemme know on that too please
