MC '89 200q update and question

Haudi,

New bomb installed tonight. Data point:  28 pumps to drain the new. Ran
out in mid-29.

Changed oil from fresh petro to fresh 10W-40 Amsoil.

Questions:
Where's my rev limiter? I (quote, "SH*T!") ran to 7000 tonight, which is
a bit past the 6400 shown on the tach.

Why does the engine cut out in first or second if I hit the brakes while
on boost? It's not a mis-fire. The engine will actually quit for 1/2
second or so before running for 1 second or so and repeating.
