RE: Rear control arm and front fender help please
A standard 17mm combination wrench will work - use the closed end - it just takes patience to get it on the head of the bolt and to keep it there - keep trying.

You can use a socket but not a ratchet head driver. I slipped a socket
in on the nut and then popped in a simple Craftsman 3/8" socket driver
with only an angle adjustment to it. #06811, says Popular Mechanics on
it but I'm sure I got it at Sears... any tool maker would sell one
though.
