Hi folks.
Anyone BTDT in playing with alignment settings in preparation for high-speed
driving schools? I'm thinking of doing the QCUSA event at Watkins Glen again
this year, using my 323GTX. Last year the "heal of the boot" section of the
track *really* scrubbed at my left front tire, even taking small bits of
rubber out of the block edges of the Yokohama A509's. (Of course the second
day was *very* hot on the track.) I'm thinking of having a bit of extra neg.
(?) camber put in the front wheels, to reduce the scrub in this and other
corners. Make any sense? If so, how much camber to add, and any other
adjustments to compensate (toe, castor?).
Thanks for any help.
