Help me with a decision

Hey all, as many of you know, im in the process if resurrecting my car.  
The details are:

1985 Audi 4000 Quattro
it is being repainted Pearl White
Koni Yellow's/ H&R springs
Strut brace
Momo 4 point harnesses (for front seat only)
195/55ZR14 Dunlop Sport 8000 Tires on stock 14x6 wheels


Now, i have a choice cause i really am not ready to buy both yet:  I can 
either buy a Momo Monte Carlo steering wheel (320 or 350 mm is better?) 
or i can get one of those fiberglass chin spoilers...



so which should i go for.  the steering wheel, and if so, which size 109 
dollars + 40 for the mounting adapter
or the chin spoiler 150 + shipping

So, what do you think, i cant decide either way.  the spoiler looks 
awesome, and the steering wheel will actually make a difference in the 
actual driving of the car...hmm..

choices choices...

or if you guys can think of soemthing else for about 150-170 bucks that 
would be a worthwhile upgrade that im overlooking, lemme know...
