New plugs in 2.8 V6, big imprvmt



I have a 92 Audi 100S with a 2.8L V6.  I recently changed spark plugs (I use
those triple electrode NGKs as Audi recommends).  Even though the removed
plugs looked great (had about 17K on them, very light grey white coating on
electrodes) the new plugs produced MUCH better acceleration. Next time I won't
wait as long to change plugs. I think Audi recommends 30K between plug
changes. At Audi's $13 per plug it is tempting to go 30K, but I found a source
for $5 per plug.
