Urq fuel system troubles

Thanks very much to all who responded to my cry for help. I obviously have a
lot to learn about this motor (and car for that matter). But I'm sure you'll
all be thrilled to learn that we made it to our destination safe and sound.
Oh, and a few of you wanted to know how I knew it was running lean. Well, I
don't really, but I figured since the engine was running quite hot and the
plugs looked white and crusty when I pulled them, that it must be. Ah, well,
we all know what assuming does... But it's all I've got in my ignorance:)
