Ha ha ha can you say Federal crime?  This is strictly a "don't ask,
don't tell" operation!

Try putting them in a sack with some rocks and chucking them in a
river.  Or the vet could euthanise them.  Maybe if you got one new cat
they would breed and make kittylitter converters.  Um.
