RE: OK, intrax (sp?) vs. H&R

Any thoughts from the BTDT pros on minimum or optimal ride height specifications for 4KQs for maximum track performance? (spec measured from axle center to top of wheel-well underside F & R)

Get them if you want to rub on every speed bump and have less than ideal 
handling.  Not to mention the headaches of getting it aligned.  I think the 
H&R's I have are a little too low.
