I'm probably alone hear, but I think its possible.  It would take a lot of
work though.  If he has his Quattro set up like a stock 20v turbo, he can
get pretty close.  Superchips says that their chip will allow 20v turbo
quattros to do 0-60 in 5.3 sec and 0-100 in 12.2 sec.  That just with the
chip.  He could do other performance mods to get it lower like do exuast
work, get a RS2 turbo, shave the head, etc...
With early non20v turbo quattros the chip says it will drop the 0-60 down
from 7.1 to 6.1 sec.  I don't know how true this is for 5ktq/200tq models
if the fastest year really went 0-60 in 7.7 sec.  I found this information
