RE: Sunvisors - FIXED!



Wow, you really went right for the throat with that solution, glen! No
point in finessing the problem when you can smash it flat with a
sledgehammer! 

The only downside this fix has, as far as I can tell, is the additional
frontal area presented by the pointy ends of those lag bolts projecting
above the roof line. Adds to the aerodynamic drag, you know.  However,
they'll do a  nice job of scribing the road with your path for posterity,
should you invert your ur-q. Another plus is that you won't burden valuable
brain cells with the chore of deciding what angle to adjust the visors to
when the ur-q is upright.

Wait a minute! Locknuts for lag bolts? Sounds like a fun thing to ask the
Home Depot kid about!
