AUDIFEST98, 200Q20V, QTAILS ADMIN message

Thanks to a major screwup and lack of 24 hour monitoring at MediaOne, DNS
has been down for all customers in the New England region.

Hence, the 200q20v, audifest98, and Boston area qtails lists will not be
working until DNS issues are resolved.  There is no ETA from MediaOne.
The problem was discovered approximately around 9am this morning(thanks to
a complete lack of competance with MediaOne express managers who should
have 24 hour monitoring.)  It probably started around midnight.
