I think it is possible with a cam and a 2.3 litre motor.  I did 5.2 secs in 
mine and had a coupe gt at the last track day dogging me the whole time.  It 
had a 2.3 with a 272 asimetrical and a 4kq exhaust manifold.  The car is very 
light and other than the obvious lack of traction on launch it would be close 
to that.  This guy had his car dino'd at 130 wheel hp.  We extrapolated that 
to about 160 hp flywheel.
