Strange noise when Clutch is pushed

Have a 87 5KQ, noticed a noise as I push the clutch in.
Most likely the bearing.
Where can I purchase the throughout bearing & is it a hassle to replace it.
Guess I will replace the pressure plate & clutch at the same time though.
Any BTDTs from anyone on this summer job.??
