All locks (except the driver's door) on your car should be on a common
vacuum system.  It may be that there is an air leak somewhere (loose/broken
hose or hose couplings) that there isn't enough pressure to actuate the rear
locks and the trunk lock.  Check for such leaks.  If all hoses look intact,
then perhaps the bi-pressure pump isn't generating enough pressure change.
The pump is located inside the right rear fender, just under the fuel filler
neck.
