I think that the most important part of this is the 30mph/30miles. There are
few places I would need a tow from that would _not_ involve going faster than
30mph; try forcing your tow operator to obey that. Sounds downright
dangerously slow. Best bet is to flatbed, period.
Check your towing policy; I believe you can pay extra with the AAA motorclub
and get a policy allowing flatbeds on request.
