'89 - '90 200TQ question and price?

Hey gang,

I am possibly looking to purchase an '89 -'90 Audi 200TQ 10v in the next
couple weeks.  Just wondering about a few things.

First, the reason I am looking at a 200 vs. a 5000 is because my mom has
been on me about getting a car with an airbag.  What year (was it '89 or
'90) did Audi make airbags available?

And, how much do these cars go for?  I figure between $5,000 and $7,000.
But that is just my rough estimate.  I know 5000TQ's are going for
between $3,000 and $4,000 on average.

Any advice appreciated.  TIA.
