programmable wiper delay P/N or actual relay needed

After chatting with Andrew Duane about how the programmable delay works, I
just _have_ to get it out of sheer niftyness-factor :)

What's the P/N or does someone have the actual part?

Also, Andrew mentioned he's not sure if his (95?) A6QW can have this nice
little upgrade, since it also has the rear wiper.  I figure I'll ask for
him, so if you know, tell him...

91 200q, no change oil light :)
PS:Speaking of which, a friend's father's Acura 2.5TL has a wheel that
turns slowly, instead of a light.  Sounds like an infinitely better
approach to the whole thing!
