Rear camber links

Hello, club.

This 200 is so symmetrical!
The parking brake cables had worn their jackets again and have rusted
through, both at the same time. I figure they last for about 2 years.
That ridiculous.

Got under the car and found out that the rear pads are no more, thanks
to the binding E-cables. OK, got some Axxis pads, $35/set, one set for
the 200, one set for the A4 (A4 owners, take a note, it's the same pad).

Now, the fun part - both camber adjustment links have torn rubber boots
on the outer ball joints.

The fiche sez on page 46, that the ball joint is part 5A, #443 505 153B
Here's the question: can the rubber boots be purchased separately (like
for the front lower ball joints)? P/n?
Another question: what is the mysterious part 5 on the same page? It
looks like a corrugated rubber bushing, but there's no p/n.

I'd like to replace just the boots coz the ball joints themselves are
good and I will not have to mess up the RR Camber in this case.

Thanks much.
