Clutch Comment

Ditto...ever since a trip thru the Bondurant school in 1983.  Clutch 
life on my cars is consistently excellent and I've not had tranny 
problems either.  I think this practice is at least 
clutch-wear-neutral, or possibly even extends clutch life by matching 
revs in the drivetrain and eliminating hi-stress clutch engagements.
