Just an FYI about USAA, I have never been in the military, and still use
them...  My father was a diplomat and I inherited the right to use them.

They have the absolute cheapest rate of any insurance company, for almost
anything...  I know, I called about a dozen.  And since they are a co-op,
you get a dividend check every year.

Not a commercial, just a very, very, very satisfied customer.  Highly
recommended if you can get it.
