Engine Cleaning
>I usually use straight Simple Green. P21s auto wash is supposed
>to be good too.
Interesting that I should come across this just before reading the
following
in my August 1998 issue of Truckin' magazine (and it's only June):
Wayne Lester (?) gave me a great recipe for cleaning my engine. All you
need
is a can of Liquid Wrench with Teflon, a hot water line, and a Shop Vac
with
hose on blower, or a compressor. Simply spray your engine with the
Liquid
Wrench. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then wash the engine with hot,
hot water.
Blow with lots of air and wipe dry. You should find that there is little
wiping
necessary.
For those of you wondering, yes I'm an Audi enthusiast, but I'm also
into trucks,
2 or 4wd. Diversity is the spice of life!
Smoked a Geo Prism with my 93 90S (V6) on my way to work this morning,
when
will these boneheads learn? Wasn't hard to do considering I can break
the 55mph
speed limit in 2nd gear.
